本文以政府信息化为中心 ,讨论了政府信息的特点、政府信息公开化的功能和特征 ,以及信息公开制度的原则。结合我国政府信息公开化的现状 ,重点考察了我国政府上网工程的进展。

This paper puts forward the concept of government information publicity,intrduces the characteristic of government information and government information publicity,the principle of government information publicity system,discusses the programme of China“government Online”.
