摘要
近年来对于学习型社会、学习型组织的理论和实践探索体现了人类对于教育和学习的新思考,也体现了人类在实现自由全面发展、获得更高新的生命方面的不懈努力。每个组织成员的学习意识、组织内广泛认可的共同愿景以及经常性的深度汇谈是一个学习型组织良好运行必不可少的条件。将成人学习型组织中产生的共同经验以叙事的方式在组织内进行沟通交流,有助于促进组织成员个人进行批判性反思并形成组织的共同愿景,是赋予成人学习型组织生命意义,构建更加生态高效的成人学习型组织的有效方法。
In recent years,the theoretical and practical explorations of learning-oriented society and learning-oriented organizations have reflected humanity’s new thinking on education and learning,and also reflected the unremitting efforts of mankind in realizing free and comprehensive development and acquiring new life.The learning ideology of each organization member,the shared vision that is widely recognized within the organization and the frequent in-depth interviews are essential for a well-functioning organization.Communicating the common experiences generated in adult learning organizations in a narrative manner helps to promote individual members of the organization to critically reflect and form a shared vision.This is an effective way to give life meaning to the adult learning organization and build a more ecologically efficient adult learning organization.
