摘要
伯克的高等教育'问责三角'模型,为研究高校问责体系提供了框架。基于'问责三角'模型,结合美国佛罗里达大学系统问责体系发挥作用的实践,通过关注国家或地区的政策指令、大学自身及内部的诉求举措、区域经济社会的需求期待等因素,可以对社区大学问责体系的构建做比较深入的考察。美国社区大学问责体系的建构和实践经验,对我国高等职业教育发展具有一定的启示意义。
Burke’s Accountability Triangle offered a helpful tool to analyze the accountability system for universities and colleges.Based on the Accountability Triangle model,this paper studies the national or local policies and directives,the university or institutional context and measures,and the regional economic or social requirements with some practices of the Florida college system to analyze the motives and results of accountability practices in American community colleges.The research and practical experience of university accountability in American community colleges can be used as a reference for the development of higher vocational education in China.
