摘要
综框动态性能CAT系统基于计算机技术、复模态分析技术和脉冲激励技术 ,主要由数据采集、数据处理和测试结果输出显示等部分组成。通过专用模拟台架实现对综框工作安装状态边界条件下振动特性的测试 ,得到综框的固有频率、阻尼比和振型 ,并可显示振型动画。系统为一种虚拟仪器 ,经多年应用证明 ,其功能强、精度高、成本低且操作与维护简便 ,为测定无梭织机综框的动态特性 ,通过调整织机的工作频率 。
The system is based on the computer technology, complex modal analysis and impulse excitation technology, and it is mainly constituted with data acquisition, data processing and display output of test result etc.. With the special analog bench, the vibration property of harness frame on working and installing boundary conditions is tested, and the natural frequency, damping ratio and vibration mode of harness frame are gained. The system can also display the vibration mode animation. As a virtual instrument, several years usage proves that the system has strong function, high accuracy, low cost and ease operation & maintenance. To adjust the working frequency and avoid resonance, it will be a necessary technical means for testing the dynamic property of harness frame on shuttleless loom.
