桥式刮油刮渣机是宝钢一期工程从德国引进的,90年代初重庆钢铁设计研究院与丹东市水技术机电研究所合作研制,并成功制造出应用于攀枝花钢铁公司的国内第一台大跨度的12米桥式刮油刮渣机。根据近几年对德国、意大利等国家的桥式刮油刮渣机的技术交流和资料收集,我们又自行研制出能适合不同平流沉淀池及不同需求的各种型号桥式刮油刮渣机。

Bridge oil and sludge scraper is introducedfrom Germanyby Baoshansteel company,s first period's project/andresearched and producer cooperatively by Chongqingsteel designing and research institute and Dandongwater technology research institute,and it is the first national big-span12meter bridge oil and sludge scraper producedsuccessfully and applied in Panzhihuasteel company.Accordingto the technicial ex-change and data collection of bridge oil and sludge scraper from Germanyand Italy recent years,we our-selves have researched and producedall types of bridge oil and sludge scraper that can fit different amor-tize deposition pool and different requirements.
