结合生产实践,通过工艺试验,简述了在生产实践中遇到的质量成本问题,并提出了初步的解决方法。从而提高了成品品质,稳定了生产,降低了消耗,取得了可观的经济效益。

By doing the process testing, this paper briefly discusses the problems of quality cost met in production, and suggests the preliminary solutions to the problems. Moreover, improves the quality of products, stabilizes the production,reduces the consumption,and obtains the well e-conomic results.
