爱洁杀菌消毒剂杀灭微生物效果及其影响因素

GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF AI-JIE GERMICIDAL DISINFECTANT AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS

爱洁杀菌消毒剂是硝酸银辅以过氧化物的复方消毒剂,为无色透明液体。为了解其杀灭微生物效果和影响因素,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与手消毒试验。结果,以含银离子112mg/L的该消毒液作用2min,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率≥99.90％,作用8min的杀灭率均为100％;以其含银离子140mg/L溶液泡手2min,可使手上细菌减少90％以上。小牛血清与自来水对其杀菌效果均有明显影响。因此,虽然该消毒剂有较好的杀菌效果,但在应用中应考虑其影响因素,浸泡手的消毒液宜一人一次性使用。

Ai-Jie Germicidal Disinfectant is a colorless transparent liquid compound disinfectant composed of silver nitrate as the main ingredient and peroxide as the adjuvant. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and the influencing factors, quantitative carrier germicidal lest and hand disinfection test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rales of Stuphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on cloth slrips exposed to this disinfectanl solution containing silver ion 112 mg / L for 2 min and 8 min were ≥99.90% and 100% respectively. Immersion of hands in its solution containing silver ion 140 mg/L for 2 min colud reduce the organisms on the hands by over 90%. Calf serum and tap water had significanl influence on its germicidal efficacy. Therefore, allhough this disinfectanl has good germicidal efficacy, its influencing faclors should be considered during use and its solulion used for immersion of hands should be discarded after used by one person.
