摘要
为了解预热处理对环氧乙烷灭菌物品温度的影响,采用移动式温湿度传感器进行了测量。结果,经过预热处理物品的温度,在灭菌开始时(35.3~44℃)、过程中(39.2~46.6℃)与结束时(42.0~47.3℃)均分别高于未经预热处理者(16.1~18.9℃、24.2~34.1℃、29.7~41.4℃);在试验范围内,物品温度与预热时间呈正相关,材料结构疏松或原温度较高的物品升温较快。因此,预热可提高环氧乙烷灭菌效果,应根据物品性质。环境温度选择适当的预热处理温度与处理时间。
In order to know the influence of preheating on temperature of the items sterilized by ethylene oxide, the temperature was measured by mobile temperature and humidity sensor. The results showed that the temperatures of preheated items at the beginning of (35.3-44.1℃), during (39.2-46.6℃) and at the end of (42.0-47.3℃) sterilization were higher than those of the items without preheating (16.1-18.9℃, 24.2-34.1℃, 29.7-41.4℃) respectively. In the range of the test, the temperature of the items was positively correlated with the preheating time. The temperature of the items with loose construction or high original temperature increased quickly. Therefore, preheating can improve the efficacy of ethylene oxide sterilization and the temperature and duration of preheating should be selected appropriately according to the nature of the items and the environmental temperature.
