摘要
氧漂助剂不含烧碱 ,其工艺毋需渗透剂、稳定剂、螯合剂和精练剂等。本文对传统烧碱氧漂工艺和非烧碱氧漂助剂 197的快速氧漂工艺作了比较 ,简析前处理氧漂工艺中烧碱的副作用和对产品质量的影响 ,介绍了快速氧漂工艺和助剂 。
If oxygen bleaching without caustic soda, the process will not need penetrating agent, stabilizing agent, chelation agent and scouring agent etc. In this paper, the comparison between conventional oxygen bleaching process with caustic soda and rapid oxygen bleaching process with the auxiliary 197 was carried out. The side effect of caustic soda during package pretreatment was analyzed. The rapid oxygen bleaching process and its auxiliary were analyzed based on mechanism and economics.
