Dyeing and Finishing of Nylon-Cotton Elastic and Sparkling Fabric

锦棉弹力闪光交织物经向为锦纶有光丝 ,纬向为棉氨纶包芯纱。前处理前应先经预定形 ,以减少皱印 ;采用冷轧堆前处理、中性 /直接混纺染料或活性染料一浴法染色 ;定形温度不宜高 ,或两次定形。整个染整加工宜采用松式或低张力工艺 。

The nylon-cotton elastic and sparkling fabric is composed of nylon lustrous filament as warp yarn and cotton-polyurethane core-spun yarn as weft yarn. To decrease crease mark, pre-setting is carried out prior to pretreatment. Then cold pad-batch pretreatment and one bath dyeing with neutral/direct mixture dyes, as well as low temperature setting or two times setting are adopted. The whole process should be non-tension or low tension so as to ensure high quality and fabric style.
