摘要
本文以湖北大冶铜绿山铜矿区优势植物之一小飞蓬为材料,研究了当地Cu胁迫对这种植物细胞中叶绿素及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:在Cu的作用下,小飞蓬体内的叶绿素含量随着土壤中Cu含量的升高呈"M"型规律变化,即升-降-升-降规律变化;可溶性糖含量呈倒"N"型规律变化,即降-升-降规律变化。这与小飞蓬在重金属胁迫下的防御机制有关。
Taking Conyza Canadensis as testing material, one of the dominant plants in the district of Daye Tonglushan Copper Mine in Hubei, this paper aims at exploring the effect that local Cu could ex-ert on the content of Chlorophyll and soluble sugar in its cells. It is shown by the result that, under the effect of Cu, corresponding to the increase of Cuin soil, the content of Chlorophyll in Conyza Canaden-sis changes in a curve of"M," namely a regularity of up–down–up – down, while the content of soluble sugar in an inverted"N,"which means a regularity of down – up – down. That regularity is related to the recovery system of Conyza Canadensis under the cir-cumstance of heavy metal stress.
