全球城市背景下上海虹口港地区的里弄开发与利用——基于居民调查的历史街区社区营造

The redevelopment and reuse of Shanghai lilong housing in Hongkou creek area in the context of global city——Community Development of Historic District based on residents’ investigation

上海将全球城市作为发展目标后,以里弄为代表的历史街区成为参与竞争的重要资源。常规的历史街区保护方法局限在物质空间,虹口港里弄街区面临遗产和社区的双重衰败,若要解决这些问题,需要从'人'的角度了解街区的资源和问题。通过调查里弄居民,发掘里弄街区'潜在资源',了解居民意愿所反映的社区问题,在此基础上进行社区营造,形成里弄遗产再利用和社区发展良性互动的新模式。

As Shanghai aims to be the global city,historic district such as Lilong will be an important resource in the global competition.Generally,historic district protection is mostly based on an assessment of its heritage values,and methods are restricted to the physical space.Hongkou District conflicts the the damage heritage and depression of community,therefore,it is necessary to solve community problems from the humanistic perspective,as well as explore the social value of the historic district. According to the investigation of the residents in historical Lilong neiborhoods,"potential resources"( social capital,community memories,neighborhood,etc.) and problems are concluded combined the heritage resources explored,which contributes to the community development.
