基于合同条款的《国际商务谈判》课程改革

摘要 项目化课程改革是解决目前普遍存在的学校人才培养模式和社会人才需求之间的结构性矛盾的重要途径,基于外贸合同条款的《国际商务谈判》项目化课程改革正是在这样的背景下开始的。从外贸业务员的实际工作过程出发,结合外贸进口合同和外贸出口合同的主要合同条款,对《国际商务谈判》的教学内容、教学模式和考核方式进行改革。力求通过"项目导向、任务驱动"的教学模式,让学生在掌握系统化理论知识的同时积累国际商务谈判的实践经验,最终成为能够在学校和企业之间实现无缝对接的外贸专门人才。 Project-based curriculum is an important method to solve the structural contradictions widely existing between school personnel training patterns and social talents needs. Under this situation, we begin to reform the curriculum “International Business Negotiation” basing on foreign trade contract terms. There reforms the teaching content, teaching pattern and examination way of “international business negotiation” course combining with the actual work process of foreign trade clerk and the contract terms. We tried the "project-oriented, task-driven" teaching pattern that allows our students not only to know systematic theoretical knowledge but also to gain practical experience in international business negotiations. As far as that, they can eventualy become trade expertises who are able to achieve seamless connection between schools and firms.
