摘要
围填海的迅速发展在带来经济效益的同时,也会带来海洋环境问题。本文以辽宁省为例,分析了围填海发展的现状,同时也总结了发展过程中的问题,并针对问题提出了一些管理对策,为处理经济发展与海洋环境的矛盾提出一些建议。
The rapid development of reclamation brings economic benefits as well as marine environmental problems.This paper takes Liaoning as an example, analyzes the current situation of reclamation development, also summed up the problems in the development process,and puts forward some management countermeasures, and puts forward some suggestions to deal with the contradiction of economic development and the marine environment.
