在国家新型城镇化形势下,城市更新的速度不断加快,对遗产保护和文化传承的需求也越来越迫切。本文以山东省邹城市老城区为例,通过对邹城市老城区文化遗产的分析,提出了邹城市老城区改造整体风貌控制的策略,并探讨了邹城市老城区城市更新中存在的问题,提出了遗产保护和文化传承的建议,以使邹城市老城区实现永续发展的同时恢复城市活力。

In the new urbanization situation, the speed of urban renewal has been accelerating, the demand for heritage protection and cultural heritage is becoming more and more urgent. This paper takes Zoucheng old city of Shandong Province as an example, through the analysis of the cultural heritage of the city, puts forward the strategy of transforming the overall style of Zoucheng old city, and discusses the problems existing in the urban renewal in Zoucheng.It puts forward the suggestions of heritage protection and cultural inheritance, in order to achieve sustainable development of the old city of Zoucheng and restore the vitality of the city.
