Optimized Design of Sludge Feed Screw Pump Used for Low-temperature Vacuum Dewatering Drying Complete Equipment

以某污水处理厂污泥处理工程为工程实例,介绍了低温真空脱水干化成套设备的污泥进料螺杆泵出口处设置同压力级别的安全阀和回流污泥管道,以保证螺杆泵与低温真空脱水干化成套设备之间的管道和低温真空脱水干化成套设备安全。为其他类似工程螺杆泵的优化设计和配置提供参考。

Taking the sludge treatment project of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) as an engineering example, this paper introduces the same pressure class of safety valve and return sludge pipe constructed at the outlet of sludge feed screw pump used for the low-temperature vacuum dewatering dry complete equipment in order to guarantee the safety of the pipeline between the screw pump and the low-temperature vacuum dewatering drying complete equipment, and the safety of the low-temperature vacuum dewatering drying complete equipment, which can be referred for the optimized design and installation of the similar engineering screw pumps.
