通过分析科技型小微企业的内涵及生存困境,认为微创新能力的提升是科技型小微企业提升核心竞争力、摆脱成长困境和保持企业持续成长的内在动力,并提出微创新能力提升的路径。具体措施包括:转变创新思维模式,树立创新成长理念;构建高效沟通平台,完善信息沟通机制;重构组织和资源,转变服务和创新模式;加强创新文化建设,搭建政府创新服务平台。

The improvement of micro innovative ability is regarded as the internal power for technology -based micro and small busines-ses to upgrade their core competence,get rid of the living dilemma,and keep the sustainable growth based on the analysis of the conno-tation and the living dilemma of micro and small businesses in this paper.The measures for these enterprises to improve their innovative ability are also put forward in the paper.
