摘要
立足于组织行为理论的基本框架,对魅力型领导、变革型领导和伦理型领导等领导方式的内容进行分析。研究认为,就激励机制而言,魅力型领导最强,伦理型领导其次,而变革型领导将可能损伤一部分员工的现有利益。魅力型领导和变革型领导要求更高的管理效率,沟通方式相对简单,而伦理型领导则侧重于通过更为繁多的形式对员工的个人观念加以调节。
Based on the framework of organizational behavior theory,the study makes analysis on several leadership styles,which are charismatic leadership,transformational leadership and ethical leadership.In terms of incentive mechanism,the study supports that charismatic leadership is the most powerful,followed by transformational leadership,while ethical leadership may damage certain staff’s existing interests.Charismatic leadership and transformational leadership require higher efficiency of management,resulting in relatively simple communication mode;while ethical leadership puts emphasis on a wide variety of forms to adjust staff’s personal con-cept.
