Study of Comprehensive Measures with Transit-Oriented Development

在新的历史时期和新的时代背景下,"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"成为城市发展的新理念和新要求。与此相应,城市交通系统结构与发展模式需要重新审视,全面调整。本文在总结国内外发达城市应对交通问题的有效途径与先进经验基础上,对大连发展公共交通的基础进行了全面分析,提出了公交引领、综合施策化解城市交通问题的思路和具体措施,以期有效改善大连交通运行效率与环境,并为其他城市开展交通规划与交通治理提供经验借鉴。

In the new historical period and new era, 'innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing' have become the new concepts and requirements for urban development. Correspondingly, the structure and the development mode of urban transportation system are supposed to be re-examined and comprehensively adjusted. This paper analyzes the basis of the public transport development in Dalian based on summarizing the effective ways and the advanced experiences to solve traffic problems in developed cities at home and abroad. Furthermore, this paper develops a general idea of 'comprehensive measures with transit-oriented development' and puts forwards the specific methods, which aims to improve the traffic efficiency and environment in Dalian and provide experiences of transportation planning and management for other cities.
