石墨碳黑负载Pt-PbO_x的制备及氧还原催化性能研究

摘要 氧气还原反应(Oxygen Reduction Reaction)是绝大部分燃料电池的阴极反应,往往比阳极氧化反应需要更多的催化剂来推动.本文利用一锅水热法制备石墨碳黑负载铂(Pt/GCB)催化剂,采用旋转搅拌合成Pt-PbO_x纳米复合材料,通过电化学性能测试发现所制备的Pt-PbO_x/GCB复合材料具有优异的ORR催化活性和电化学稳定性. Oxygen reduction reaction is the cathodic reaction of most fuel cells. ORR catalysts are important parts in fuel cells because more need of catalysts should be satisfied. We developed a facile one-pot hydrothermal approach to synthetize the catalyst that is supported on graphitized carbon black. Nano composition of lead dioxide nanoparticles and platinum nanoparticles were prepared by mixing and stirring. The result of electrochemical testing reveals that the as-prepared Pt-PbO_x/GCB compounds have an excellent ORR catalytic performance and a long-term stability.
