摘要 在中国大学生方程式汽车大赛(Formula Student China, FSC)赛车中,差速器支架作为驱动桥重要的支撑结构之一,其结构强度和重量都会对比赛结果产生影响.因此,在满足强度的情况下,差速器支架越轻越好.本文通过对差速器支架进行受力分析,合理选材;通过拓扑分析优化差速器支架的重量,重量减轻约1 kg;通过ANSYS Workbench的静力学模块对其进行有限元分析,应力在安全范围内.该设计应用于2017年FSC赛车上,整个赛程未出现异常,表明了该设计的可靠性. As of differential differential differential brackets was reduced about 1 kg, by means of the study force and the reasonable material selection.The Workbench. The design was applied to the 2017 FSC racing car and it was proved reliable.
