高职航空服务专业小语种课程教学研究与探索

Research and Exploration of Minority Language Curriculum Teaching for Air Service Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

根据航空服务岗位工作流程和服务环节将小语种教学内容归结为语音和实务两大教学模块。在不同的教学模块根据学生的学习特点采取对比、游戏、情景交际等教学方法来培养高职航空服务专业学生的涉外沟通能力,以及实际岗位职业能力。

According to the working procedures and service processes of air service position,this paper divides the contents of minority language teaching into two modes: phonetics and practice. Within the different mode,the authors,adopting comparison,game,contextual communion and other teaching methods in response to students' characteristics of learning,intends to satisfy the need of students from air service profession to communicate with foreigners or deal with other such related matters,and cultivate students' professional abilities for actual positions.
