快乐学习生态教学模式构建研究

摘要 生态教学是借鉴生态学的基本原理,从生态视角分析和开展教学。教学生态是各教学因子在教学中表现出来的发展状态,包括作为教学主体的教师和学生以及影响教学的各种环境因子;快乐学习生态教学模式在教学中坚持以人为本,倡导快乐学习的教学理念、创建快乐学习的生态情境、探究寓学于乐的教学方法、开展积极有效的学习评价,不仅关注学生知识与能力的增长,而且关注学生情感、态度与价值观的改变。学习并快乐着是构建快乐学习生态教学模式的价值追求。 Ecological teaching is based on the basic theory of ecology to analyze and implement teaching from the perspective of ecology; teaching ecology is the state of development on the teaching factors in teaching, including teachers, students and a variety of environmental factors. The happy learning and ecological teaching mode is people-oriented in teaching, which requires educators to advocate teaching philosophy on happy learning, create a happy learning ecology environment, explore happy teaching methods, and carry out active and effective learning evaluation, and the educators are not only concerned about the growth of students' knowledge and ability, but also the student's emotions, attitudes and values. Learning and being happy is the value pursuit in constructing happy learning and ecological teaching mode.
