摘要
改变传统的人才培养模式,借助产教融合与校企合作,落实双导师制,有利于培养高素质、技能型人才,是进一步发展和完善我国现代酒店管理职业教育体系,促使高职酒店管理人才全面、健康成长的有效途径,以高职酒店管理人才培养目标为抓手,探讨双导师制在高职酒店管理人才培养方案中的实施路径。
The author holds that it is beneficial to highly-qualified and skilled talents education to change the traditional talents educating mode and carrying out dual-mentor system by means of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, which is an effective way to further develop and perfect China's vocational education system of modern hotel management and to promote higher vocational hotel management talents in a healthy way. Therefore, this article attempts to make exploration into the implementation of dualmentor system in higher vocational hotel management talents education plan. The key points lies in the talents education objectives of higher vocational hotel management.
