摘要
"一带一路"建设是中国首次提出全球性经济发展战略,反映出中国外向型经济发展战略逻辑的变化:一是从"引进来"到"走出去",构筑对外开放新格局;二是从经贸外交到金融外交,重塑世界经济新秩序;三是从粗放增长到提质增效,培育经济转型新动力。"一带一路"建设对银行服务提出新的需求,包括国际化、跨境产品线、投资管理能力、社会责任等方面。大型商业银行要以"一带一路"建设为契机,捕捉潜在市场进入机会,打造世界级产品线,加强集团投资管理,履行国际大行社会责任,借机加快自身战略转型。
Building ' One Belt and One Road' is the first global economic development strategy proposed by China,which reflects the change in the logic of China's export-oriented economic development strategy: first, from' introducing'to' going out', and forming a new pattern of opening; second, from economic and trade diplomacy to financial diplomacy,and reshaping a new world economic order; third, from extensive growth to improving quality and efficiency, and generating a new power for economic transformation. Building' One Belt and One Road' results in new demands for banking services,such as internationalization, cross-border product lines, investment management and social responsibility, etc. The large commercial banks should take building ' One Belt and One Road' as a key point, seize potential opportunity to enter markets, build world-class product lines, strengthen the management of group investment, fulfill social responsibility of international large banks, so as to accelerate their own strategic transformation.
