安哥拉Camacupa基准及其在工程领域的应用

摘要 安哥拉除使用在世界上广泛应用的WGS-84基准,还使Camacupa基准用于工程测量。由于WGS-84基准和Camacupa基准使用的参考椭球参数相近、投影方式相同,在工程应用时极易混淆。为了区分上述两种基准,避免造成工程定位错误,本文主要阐述了Camacupa基准的由来,介绍了Camacupa基准的参考椭球和投影方式及其在工程领域的应用,提出了从Camacupa基准到WGS-84基准的转换参数及现有条件下Camacupa基准在工程领域应用的风险和应对方法。 In addition to using the WGS-84 datum,which is widely used in the world,Angola also uses the Camacupa datum for engineering survey.Considering the reference ellipsoid parameters of the WGS-84 datum and the Camacupa datum are similar,and the grid of whose are the same,the WGS-84 datum and the Camacupa datum are extremely confusing.In order to distinguishing above the datum and avoiding to lead to engineering positioning errors,the paper described the reference ellipsoid and the grid for the Camacupa datum,and the application in engineering about the Camacupa datum,and proposed the coordinate transformation parameters from the Camacupa datum to the WGS-84 datum.The risks during applying the Camacupa datumand countermeasures were proposed in the engineering field under the existing conditions.
