摘要
目的 探讨一氧化氮、氧化、脂质过氧化与脑梗死的关系。方法 检测了 13 3例急性脑梗死患者 (CI)和 10 0例健康志愿者 (HV)的血浆中一氧化氮 (P NO)、维生素C (P VC)、维生素E (P VE)、β 胡萝卜素 (P β CAR)和过氧化脂质 (P LPO)含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (E SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (E CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (E GSH Px)活性和过氧化脂质 (E LPO)含量并作比较。结果 与HV组比较 ,CI组的P NO、P LPO、E LPO平均值均明显升高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,P VC、P VE、P β CAR、E SOD、E CAT、E GSH Px平均值均明显降低 (P <0 0 0 1) ;逐步回归发现 ,患者病情 (NDS)与P NO、P VC、E LPO值相关最为密切 ,颅内梗死灶大小与P NO、P VE、E LPO值相关最为密切。结论 脑梗死患者体内NO代谢异常 ,一系列自由基连锁反应病理性加剧 ,氧化抗氧化平衡严重失调 ,NO。
Objective To study the relationships of nitric oxide, oxidation and lipoperoxidation with cerebral infarction. Methods Levels of marks for oxidation and lipoperoxidation in plasma and erythrocyte were detected in 133 cases of cerebral infarction and 100 healthy volunteers,including nitric oxide (P NO), vitamin C (P VC), vitamin E(P VE), β carotene (P β CAR),lipid peroxides (P LPO) in plasma and superoxide dismutase (E SOD), catalase (E CAT), glutathione peroxidase (E GSH PX), lipid peroxides (E LPO) in erythrocyte. Results Compared with healthy volunteers, levels of P NO, P LPO and E LPO in cerebral infarction were significantly increased (p<0.001), while those of P VC, P VE, P β CAR, E SOD, E CAT, E GSH PX in cerebral infarction were significantly decreased (p<0.001). The stepwise regression and correlation analysis found that the correlations of P NO, P VC and E LPO with illness condition were the closest in cases, and that the correlations of P NO, P VE and E LPO with the size of intracranial infarct focus were the most intimate. Conclusion The metabolism of nitric oxide in cases of cerebral infarction was abnormal, the series of free radical chain reactions pathologically aggravated, the balance between oxidation and antioxidation seriously disordered, and the injuries induced by NO, oxidation and lipoperoxidation intensified.
