电能资源的优化分配

AN ANALYSIS DF OPTIMAL DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICAL ELERGY RESOURCES

本文认为电能是一种资源,在目前严重短缺的情况下必须优化分配使用。用多目标规划法建立数学模型计算分析,可以在一定程度上有效地解决这个复杂的问题,并且还可以在优化使用电能资源的意义上,进行调整用户结构及用户用电目标管理的研究。

The present paper expounds that electric energy is a kind of resour-ces. Owing to the present serious lack of electric energy, we mustdistribute and use it optimally. If we form a mathematical model forcalculating and analyzing this complicated problem by way of multi-goalprogramming, we can, to a certain degree, solve it effectively, andby using electric energy optimally, we can conduct researches on theadjustment of the user structure and the goal management of how electicityis used.
