摘要
中文讨论了溴氧化镧铽荧光粉中。随着掺杂T_b^(3+)离子浓度的增大,发光能级之间将产生无辐射共振转移。从而产生了T_b^(3+)离子~5D_ 3→~7F_ J发光的浓度猝灭效应。根据Dexter模型,推出了多极矩耦合的无辐射迁移几率依赖于浓度的变化关系式,进一步计算了八种不同浓度的电偶极一电偶极之间和电偶极一电四极之间的无辐射迁移几率。并计算了~6D_3→~7F_J和~5D_4→~7F_J的色度坐标,它们分别为x=0.149、y=0.034和x=0.287、y=0.625。
In this paper the concentration quenching effect of T_b^3+ ion in L_aOB_r:T_bis discussd. The multipolar Coupling transfer probability between the 5D_3-~5D_4 and ~7F_6-7F_0 Pairs are calculated on the basis of the Dexter model,resulting in p_(dd)=1420×x^4(S^(-1), p_(dg)=18890×x^(8/3)(S^(-1)), where P_(dd), P_(dq) aretransfer probability of dipole-dipole and dipole-quadripole, respectively; xis T_b^(3+) ion concentration. When T_b^(3+) ion concentration is equivalent to 0.003,the best blue colors have the chromaticity coordinats: x=0.149、y=0.034and x=0.287、y=0.625.
