摘要
多年来,电厂大型煤粉炉的结焦问题一直引人注目。本文针对烧劣质煤的实际情况,深入探讨了结焦的原因。并结合国内外防止结焦的成功经验,提出加强对结焦基础研究的必要性,同时具体地提出以左右摆动型式喷燃器调节假想切圆,以煤质挥发分确定炉内卫燃带最佳面积,以及提高安装(检修)质量等有效措施解决炉内结焦问题,以此可作为电力安全经济运行的借鉴。
For many years,the problem of slagging in large p.f.-fired biolers has been deeply concerned. In view of the pratice of burning the inferior coal,beginning with the internal and external factors,the author makes a thorough approach to the causes of slagging. In this paper,the sucessful experience of prevention of slagging at home an abroad is summed up and the necessity of going further into study of the fundamentals is put forward. It is also stated that in order to prevent slagging to attain the econom- ical and safe operation,a horizontally swaying type burner is needed to adjust the imaginary tangent circle,the optimum area of ignition belt should be determined in accordance with the percentage of volatile matter and the boiler should be well installed and maintained.
