摘要
本文结合北京正在兴起的学区建设,介绍和分析了凯勒·卡里的《学区总体规划:人口与设施规划实践指南》在学区总体规划引导下有关合理投资办学、优化学区规模、设置专职规划师建筑师制度、倡导多方参与学区建设等方面的内容,明确了城市规划师和建筑师在学区空间规划设计领域的位置与责任,提出了与城市学区空间相关的议题,并建议开展研究。
This artical introduces Dr.Kelley D.Carey's School District Master Planning A Practical Guide to Demographics & Facilities Planning, from four aspects, as making a reasonable investment in running schools district, optimizing the scale of school districts, setting up full-time planners-Architect system and advocating multi-party participation in school district construction, under the circumstances of rising development of urban school district in Contemporary Beijing City.It clarifies the position and responsibility of the city planners and architects in the spatial planning and design of the school district, and puts forward the issues related to the space of the urban school districts in light of the actual situation and proposes to carry out further research.
