摘要
本文介绍了罗西塔·伊利耶娃(Rositsa T.Ilieva)的著作《城市食物规划:发达国家转型的种子》(图1)及其相关理论^([1])。该书梳理了近20年来城市食物规划运动的起源与发展,通过对北美与欧洲范围内城市食物规划领域的相关理论研究和实践案例的解析,对城市、空间、食物之间的相互关系进行了深入的探讨。本文从城市食物规划理念的提出、食物消费相关空间问题、食物生产相关问题3个方面对伊利耶娃的理论研究进行解读,并结合北京实际情况,从城市食物规划角度,提出当代北京存在的相关的问题以及未来发展建议。
This article introduces Dr. Rositsa T. Ilieva's book Urban Food Planning: Seeds of Transition in the Global North(Figure 1), which examines the rise of the urban food planning movement over the past decade and provides insights into the new relationship between cities and food by presenting examples of pioneering urban food planning endeavours from North America and Western Europe. This article introduce the evolution of urban food planning theory, urban space study and design issues related to food consumption and food production, which also gives enlightenment on development of urban space in contemporary Beijing City.
