《基于儿童成长的新型垂直社区计划》——多伦多市城市设计导则草案解读

Growing Up: Planning for Children in New Vertical Communities:Study on the Urban Design Draft Guidelines of Toronto City

本文对多伦多市议会2017年5月31日审议通过的编号为PG21.3的《基于儿童成长的新型垂直社区规划》1[1]城市设计导则草案进行了全面解读和研究。先介绍了导则的框架及其基础研究过程,而后从垂直社区与儿童成长空间布局、垂直社区与儿童成长空间串联和垂直社区内部儿童成长空间3个方面解读该导则。最后提出了该报告及其相关工作对中国垂直社区发展的启示。

This article introduces Growing Up:Planning for Children in New Vertical Communities Report(2017)urban design guideline draft provided by Toronto City Planning Division and approved by Toronto Assembly as PG21.3.First,the framework of the guideline and its basic research process are introduced,then the guideline is interpreted from three aspects:the layout of vertical community and children’s growth space,the connection of vertical community and children’s growth space,and the children’s growth space inside the vertical community.Finally,the enlightenment of the report and its related work on the development of vertical communities in China is proposed.
