台湾学前教育印象及对大陆教育的启示

An Impression of Pre-school Education in Taiwan and Its Enlightenment to the Preschool Education in the Mainland

2015年初,湖南学前教育学会一行人赴台湾考察学前教育状况。在台湾,政府对学前教育的宏观调控有力、有利,幼儿园管理严谨有序、特色突出,幼儿园课程类型丰富多样、重视个性化,幼儿教师素质高、爱岗敬业。台湾学前教育界采取的公示法防黑园、抓阄法促公平、提高园长与教师素质等措施,能为大陆学前教育的健康、有序发展提供有益的启示。

In early 2015, members in Hunan Pre- school Education Society went to Taiwan to investigate preschool education there. In Taiwan, the government has a sound macro- regulation and control of pre- school education; management of kindergarten is strict and orderly and has outstanding features, kindergarten curriculums are diverse, attaching great importance to the personalization; preschool teachers are with high qualities. Such measures as publicizing information against illegally- run kindergartens, drawing lot for fairness and improving the qualities of the kindergarten principals and teachers, are taken in preschool education circle in Taiwan, which can give beneficial enlightenment to the healthy and orderly development of pre- school education in mainland.
