积极心理学视野中的幼儿教师专业化发展

摘要 积极心理学强调人的积极情感的培养、积极人格的塑造和积极的组织系统的建构,其理念为幼儿教师专业化发展提供了新思路。为此,应依据积极心理学理念,结合幼儿教师专业化发展的现状,提高其专业认同,更新其专业理念,唤醒其专业自觉,并构建专业支持系统,探寻幼儿教师专业化发展的积极路径。 Positive psychology emphasizes the cultivation of positive emotions,the shaping of positive personality and the construction of active organization system. The idea provides a new way for the development of kindergarten teachers’ professional development. Therefore, we are supposed to should combine with the development of kindergarten teachers professional development status,improve their professional identity,update their professional philosophy,wake up their professional consciousness,and build professional support system based on the concept of positive psychology,exploring the positive development of kindergarten teachers professional development path.
