基于国际化视野的新加坡高等教育课程建设及其启示

On the Curriculum Construction of Singapore’s Higher Education with Internalization Perspectives and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要 新加坡高校把课程的国际化作为实现高等教育国际化的重要途径,将国际理念、国际思维渗透到课程的结构设置、内容整合、组织实施及评价机制等主要环节,以培养具有国际视野、国际观念的高素质人才。新加坡高等教育课程建设的国际化举措,对我国高等教育发展有着重要启示。我国高校应立足全面发展,开展课程设置的跨界融合;紧扣社会发展,打造前沿实用的优质课程;着眼持续发展,强调创新创业能力的培养。 Colleges and universities in Singapore take the internationalization of curriculums as an important approach to achieving the internationalization of higher education,which integrates international ideas and thinking into such major aspects as curriculum structures,content integration,organization and implementation and evaluation mechanism, aiming at cultivating talents with international perspectives and ideas. The internationalization of curriculum construction of higher education in Singapore gives important implications to the development of higher education in China. China’s colleges and universities are supposed to be based on comprehensive development, to integrate cross-disipline curriculums; to closely connect with the social development,to create cutting-edge and practical quality courses;to focus on sustainable development and to emphasize the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship.
