This paper points out the difficulties faced by mixed ownership school-running in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the significance and puts forward the development path.It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design,improve policy support,clarify the definition of property rights,and stimulate the enthusiasm of running schools.We will optimize the governance structure,improve the management level,introduce competition mechanisms,optimize the allocation of resources,select partners,establish operational mechanisms,improve system support,and improve the quality of talents.
