办好教育,首先要有好的老师,而师德建设是培育好老师的根本。文章根据优秀师德建设案例"三千工程"的实践应用与取得成效,结合"四有老师"的要求,分析了培育"四有老师"的可行性方案。

Good education needs good teachers first,and the construction of teachers’morality is the foundation of cultivating good teachers.This paper analyzes the feasibility of cultivating'Teachers with Four Virtues'through the application and achievements of the'Three Thousand Project'in the construction of excellent teachers’morality and the requirements of'Teachers with Four Virtues'.
