文章以F学院为例,以"因事而化、因时而进、因势而新"的"三因"理念为育人指南,创建宿舍区育人平台,从文化育人、管理育人、服务育人三个方面的实践探索,阐述了基于"三因"理念在高校宿舍开展思想政治教育活动的重要意义。

This article is an exploration for F College to create a dormitory education platform with the concept of'three causes'that is'change with events,progress with time,and update with trend'.From the three aspects of cultivating people via culture,management and service,this paper states the significance of the concept of'three causes'in the educational activities of political and ideological in colleges.
