社会工作支持性技巧在小组工作中的运用研究——以Y社区Z项目为例

Research on the application of social work support skills in group work——Taking Z Project of Y Community as an example

社会工作支持性技巧,是社会工作者与服务对象建立专业关系的有效方法,其在社会工作小组工作中的应用越来越普遍。作者以Y社区Z项目为例进行分析,阐述如何将专注、倾听、同理心、鼓励的支持性社会工作技巧运用到小组活动中,分析其中问题并反思如何避免问题的出现,以期对项目接下来的开展以及社会工作其他类似项目有一定的借鉴意义。

Social work support skills are an effective way to establish professional relationships between social workers and clients.The application of group work in social work is more and more common.The author uses the Z Project of Y Community as an example to analyze how to apply supportive social skills such as attention,listening,empathy,and encouragement to group activities.Problems are analyzed and reflections are made on how to avoid problems so as to provide reference for the development of the project and other similar projects in social work.
