摘要
本文通过对新疆察布查尔锡伯自治县中小学双语教育情况的调查,了解到察布查尔县从新中国成立后双语教育模式的曲折发展和历史沿革情况。在梳理了新中国成立后的双语教育发展之后,本文归纳出察布查尔县锡伯族双语教育发展模式的七个阶段。这七个阶段呈现出从开创期开始,经过了汉语为主的单一阶段以及双语教育探索阶段、实验班阶段、衰减阶段再到恢复巩固阶段这样曲折发展的样态。通过锡伯族双语教育模式的发展,可以管窥出新疆整个双语教育的缩影。
This article introduces the historical development of bilingual education model in Qapqal County after the founding of New China by investigating the bilingual education situation of the middle school and primary school in Qapqal County.After combing the development of bilingual education in New China,this article concludes 7stages for the development of bilingual education model in Qapqal County.These 7stages assume tortuous development from the origin stage to the recovery and consolidation stage through the single stage which focuses on Chinese,the exploration bilingual education stage,the experimental classes stage and the decay stage.According to the development of bilingual education model in Xibe,we have a restricted view of the epitome of the whole bilingual education in XinJiang.
