摘要
基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数建立了资本要素在京津冀间的优化配置模型,并使用该模型对京津冀区域资本要素配置扭曲程度进行了估算,使用DEA-Malmquist模型测算了京津冀资本要素配置在扭曲和优化两种状态下的全要素生产率。结果显示:京津冀资本要素配置处于扭曲状态;京津冀三地之间产业资源配置与功能定位尚有错位之处。
The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a major national strategy in China.The allocation of the capital factor market has seriously affected the integration of Jing Jin Ji region. Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper establishes an optimal allocation model of capital elements in Jing Jin Ji region,and uses this model to estimate the distorted allocation of capital elements in Jing Jin Ji region. Furthermore,based on the DEA-Malmquist model,this paper estimates the total factor productivity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei capital structure distorted and optimized.
