上海市城镇居民休闲消费潜力测度及评价

Comprehensive measurement and evaluation on the leisure consumption potential of Shanghai's urban residents

通过构建休闲消费潜力指标体系和测度模型,运用2002-2016年相关统计数据,对上海城镇居民休闲消费潜力进行了综合评价。结果显示:上海城镇居民休闲消费能力尤其是相对支付能力是影响城镇居民休闲消费潜力的关键因素,其在一定程度上受客观家庭负担和主观预防动机的约束和限制;从综合测度结果来看,上海城镇居民休闲消费潜力总体呈上升趋势,2014年以来潜力等级跃升至中高水平;从子系统测度结果来看,上海城镇居民休闲消费能力指数和休闲消费支出指数持续上升,而休闲消费环境指数呈波动态势,同时子系统指数等级在时间分布上存在明显差异。

The leisure consumption potential index system and measurement model are constructed,and the statistical data of 2002-2016 years are collected to evaluate the leisure consumption potential of urban residents in Shanghai.The research results show:Firstly,the leisure consumption ability,especially the relative payment ability,is the key factor influencing the leisure consumption potential of urban residents,restricted and restricted by the objective family burden and the subjective prevention motivation to some extent;Secondly,from the result of comprehensive measurement,the potential of urban residents’leisure consumption in Shanghai is rising,and since 2014,the potential level of urban residents has jumped to the middle level;Thirdly,according to the results of the sub-system measurement,the leisure consumption ability index and expenditure index of Shanghai urban residents have been rising,while the leisure consumption environment index presents a fluctuating trend,and the sub-system index grade obvious differences in the time distribution.
