摘要
运用超效率DEA模型测算了长三角和粤港澳大湾区37个城市的综合交通运输效率,并引入空间计量模型分析了综合交通运输效率的提升对经济增长的溢出效应。结果显示:粤港澳大湾区的综合交通运输效率整体上高于长三角地区,排名靠前的城市大多属于城市群的核心城市;综合交通运输效率每提升1%,对长三角和粤港澳本地经济增长的促进作用分别为0. 076%和0. 069%,在引入空间因素后均提升至0. 12%左右;一地综合交通运输效率的提升对邻近城市经济增长的溢出效应,粤港澳地区要高于长三角,在经济矩阵下更为明显。
By using the Super-Efficiency DEA Model,this essay calculates the integrated transport efficiency of 37 cities in Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Areas from 2008 to 2017.Then,it introduces the spatial model to analyze the spillover effect of efficiency improvement on economic growth.The results show that the overall efficiency of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is higher than that of the Yangtze River Delta Region.The front-ranked cities mostly belong to the core cities of urban agglomerations.Complete transportation modes and advantages in natural conditions are necessary for high efficiency.Every 1%increase in the integrated transportation efficiency would increase the local economic growth of the two places by 0.076%and 0.069%respectively in the regression of the ordinary flat panel.Nevertheless,it would increase to 0.12%after the introduction of spatial factors.In addition,the spillover effect of integrated transportation efficiency improvement on the economic growth of neighboring cities is higher in Greater Bay Area than the Yangtze River Delta Area and the results would be more significant under the economic matrix.
