摘要
目的:以苦参碱为模型药物,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯为载体,制备苦参碱聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒。以期通过肝脏靶向分布达到提高MAT治疗肝炎的效果,降低其毒副作用。方法 :在单因素考察的基础上,通过均匀设计优化处方与制备工艺,并对优化条件下制备的MAT-PBCA-NP胶体溶液进行质量评价和稳定性考察。结果:按优化处方和工艺制备的MAT-PBCA-NP胶体溶液各项指标结果稳定。结论 :苦参碱新制剂和新技术的研发是苦参碱国际化的关键,苦参碱的肝靶向制剂的研究切实可行,并且具有其独特的临床意义和优势。
Objective: To study the preparation of matrine-polybutylcynaoacry-late-nanopa-rticles(MAT-PBCANP). Methods:MAT-PBCA-NP were prepared by emulsion polymerization method. The preparation of MAT-PBCA-NP was optimized by uniform design method. The contents of matrine in MAT-PBCA-NP were determined by HPLC. Results:Optimization process in accordance with the prescription and preparation of the MAT-PBCA-NP colloidal solution the results of the various indicators of stability. Conclusions:The preparation method of MAT-PBCA-NP was stable and feasible.
