摘要
目的建立含当归药妆品中阿魏酸的含量测定方法,并对几种药妆品中阿魏酸含量进行了测定,为保证其质量提供参考。方法采用反相高效液相法,以依利特sinochrom ODS-BP色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸(45:55,v/v)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为324nm,柱温为25℃,以外标法测定阿魏酸含量。结果阿魏酸浓度在0.055μg·mL-1~2.064μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;样品中阿魏酸的平均加样回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.53%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,所建立的方法可作为含当归成分药妆品的含量测定方法,并可用以控制药妆品质量。
[Abstractl OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the content of ferulic acid in containing angelica cosmeceutical,several cosmeceutical were determined,and to offer technical reference to raise the quality standard of this kind of cosmeceutical.METHODS The samples were determined by RP-HPLC on a sinochrom ODSBP column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 1%glacial acetic acid(45:55,v/v);the detection wavelenth was at 324 nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1 and the column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS The calibration curves of Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.055μg·mL-1-2.064μg·mL-1(R2=0.9998).The average recovery was 99.47%,and RSD was 1.53%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of containing angelica cosmeceutical.
