摘要
对肝外门静脉分支异常的标本进行非测量观察和体质测量分析,首先是发现该例肝门静脉分叉不是紧贴肝门处,位置较低,相当于胆总管起始部分为左、右肝门静脉。其次是发现左肝门静脉行走并没有沿正常的横沟转角,而是由起点向上斜行直达肝脐静脉窝,造成左肝门静脉拉长(mm)62.5(47.44±7.23),中部外径(mm)3.50(4.24±2.33)变细。第三是发现尾状叶的肝门静脉分布,全部由左肝门静脉尾状叶分支供应,未见右肝门静脉分支分布。
Physique measurements and Fault Measurements of cadaver specimen revealed that the hepatic portal vein divided into left and right at the same level of initial part of comon bile duct.The left portal branch ascended upwards and to the fossa of paraumbilical veins,which made the length of left portal branch increase.The total length of left portal branch averaged 62.5mm(the normal average value and standard deviation equal 47.44±7.23mm), and the outer diameter of middle part of it averaged 3.50mm(the normal average value together with standard deviation equal 4.24±2.33mm).Smaller venous branches of portal vein were founded in the caudate lobe of liver,and blood supply of caudate lobe was only provided by the terminal branches of left portal branch.
