抗甲亢药物临床应用进展

New progress of clinical application on anti hyperthyroidism drug

本文以“甲亢”、“抗甲亢药物”、“抗甲亢联合用药”等为关键词,组合查询中国知网、维普等数据库中关于治疗甲亢文献121篇,选择其中有代表性的文献37篇,对其临床应用进行总结、综述。硫脲类是目前临床上治疗甲亢的首选药物,但是有较明显的不良反应,建议采用联合用药,尤其是中西药结合,可以迅速改善症状,提高生活质量;减轻西药的用量和不良反应,巩固疗效防止复发。

This paper, taking " hyperthyroidism ", "anti hyperthyroidism drugs", "anti hyperthyroidism combination" as keywords, such as combination query China hownet, weipu database about the treatment of hyperthyroidism with 121 references,select one of the representative with 37 references, to summarize its clinical applications, were reviewed. Thiourea classes is the drug of choice for clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism, but has the obvious side effect, the proposal uses combined with medication,especially the Chinese and western union, can rapidly improve symptoms, improve quality of life; Reduce the dosage of western medicine and adverse reactions, and consolidating curative effect to prevent recurrence.
