中医外治法针灸治疗经行腹痛的临床研究

Clinical research on the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for abdominal pain

目的:分析研究中医外治法针灸治疗经行腹痛的临床效果。方法:选取2015年3月～2016年4月我院收治的80例经行腹痛患者作为此次的研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例患者。观察组患者给予中医外治法针灸进行治疗,对照组患者给予布洛芬缓释片进行治疗,两组患者分别治疗两周后,观察对比两组患者的总有效率、疼痛评分、治疗满意度。结果:使用中医外治法针灸治疗的观察组患者总有效率为97.50%,治疗满意度为92.50%,使用布洛芬缓释片进行治疗的对照组患者总有效率为75.00%,治疗满意度为62.50%,二者比较,差异显著,且P<0.05,具有统计学意义。并且在疼痛评分上观察组患者也均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:给予经行腹痛患者使用中医外治法针灸进行治疗,总有效率高,能显著降低患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的治疗满意度,降低医患纠纷,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of abdominal pain.Methods:80 cases of abdominal pain in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2015 were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and TCM treatment,the control group were treated with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets for treatment,two groups of patients were treated for two weeks,total efficiency,pain score,treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of observation group were treated with acupuncture using TCM was 97.50%,treatment satisfaction was 92.50%,the total effective rate of the use of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets in the control group was 75%,treatment satisfaction was 62.50%,the difference was significant, with statistical significance,P<0.05.And the pain score in the observation group were also superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External treatment of acupuncture treatment by abdominal pain patients using traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate is high,can significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve patient satisfaction,reduce medical disputes,it is worthy of clinical application.
