摘要
目的:研究麦角甾醇及类似物7-脱氢胆甾醇过氧化物的抗结核作用。方法:从胶陀螺中分离得到麦角甾醇,对其结构修饰氧化得到麦角甾醇过氧化物,并对麦角甾醇类似物—7-脱氢胆甾醇进行氧化得7-脱氢胆甾醇过氧化物;MTT法检测该氧化物产物的抗结核活性。结果:麦角甾醇过氧化物及7-脱氢胆甾醇过氧化物当浓度分别超过20ug/ml、50ug/m时有抗结核活性。结论:经初步的MTT法检测麦角甾醇过氧化物及7-脱氢胆甾醇过氧化物具有一定的抗结核活性。
Aim:To study the antituberculous acitivities of oxidative products of Ergosterol and 7-dehydrodesmosterol. Method: Ergosterol was separated from Bulgaria inquinants and oxygenized;its analogue 7-dehydrodesmosterol also was oxygenized;the antituberculous acitivity of oxygenized product were detected using MTT method. Result: the oxidative products have the antituberculous activities when the concentration of Ergosterol peroxide exceeded 20 ug/ml and the 7-dehydrodesmosterol peroxide exceeded 50 ug/ml. Conclusion: The oxidative products had invariably antituberculous activities by preliminarily MTT method.
